Shipping policy
Return Policy
We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our merchandise beyond the point of sale. Unfortunatley all sales are final with Rootspiration, as we cannot reshelf products that have left our warehouse due to our inability to reshelf them.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to Rootspiration due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or instructions provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping/ redelivery cost. Rootspiration is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect. In rare instances a restocking fee will apply if delivery is unsuccessful.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Rootspiration is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you. Upon inquiry, Rootspiration can confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Damaged Items
Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you.
Cancellation Policy
Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.
